ARE CÉCRED PRODUCTS CLEAN?

DOES CÉCRED TEST ON ANIMALS?

No, we do not test any of our products on animals. We are committed to being cruelty-free, and are PETA Certified.

IS THE PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

Our bottles are recyclable. Currently, our caps are recyclable through small piece recycling programs like PACT. All secondary packaging and boxes are FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship Council), ensuring they come from responsibly managed forests.

We have set this limitation due to such high demand.  This is how we ensure orders are fulfilled.

As a Pro Member, you will gain exclusive access to our Pro newsletter, in-depth product trainings, exclusive product sizing, and education.

Are there different discount tiers based on experience, volume, or business type?

Our discount model includes a 30% built in savings for the Max size products.  All max sizes are available to professionals in the pro program.

Are Pro discounts valid on all products—including bundles, new launches, and limited editions?

Are PRO discounts stackable with other promotions or codes?

One code may only be used at a time, and the 30% of built in savings will always stand.

Can I do subscription for my Max size Pro products?

No, we currently do not offer subscriptions with our Max Size products.

Do I need to log in to a special portal or account to access Pro pricing?

Yes, you must be logged into your Pro Account for the exclusive Pro benefits.

Are there quantity limits per product for Pro orders?

Yes, we have set a limit of 5 units of Max Sizes per product, per order.

Can I order for clients, or is the discount only for personal/professional use?

The max sized products are not for consumers and you are not to use the pro portal for your clientele.

Do Pro members get different shipping rates or free shipping thresholds?

Pro members will receive free shipping on orders of $50 or more.

What is the return/exchange policies for Professional orders?

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy. You have 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of your order to make a return. Any item(s) you return must be in their original condition, unopened and unused, and with all packaging intact and labels attached.

Does the Pro Program include access to training, tutorials, or product knowledge sessions?

Absolutely!  As a Pro Member, you will get access to Cécred education.

Are there exclusive events, webinars, or in-person opportunities for Pro members?

Yes!  Be sure you are signed up to receive pro emails to be in the know.

Do you offer samples or tester sizes for professionals?

We currently do not offer free product samples.

Are there ambassador, affiliate, or educator opportunities for Pro members?

Yes, you can apply to the affiliate program during open enrollment periods throughout the year.

Do you support or partner with salons and independent stylists for promotions or events?

At this time, we do not offer promotional or event partnerships with salons or independent stylists. We appreciate your interest and will be sure to share any future opportunities through our official channels.

Are there products or sizes (e.g. backbar/liter sizes) that are only available through the Pro Program?

Yes, all Backbar bundles are exclusive to the pros.

Are Pro-exclusive SKUs, kits, or bundles available?

All max-size products and back bar bundles are available to licensed pros.  To stay informed, make sure you’re subscribed to receive our emails and updates.

Do you offer marketing or merchandising materials for in-salon display?

We offer a complimentary Cécred Pro Seal (in-salon display) with purchase of any of our Backbar bundles.

Can I receive digital assets (logos, product images, social media templates) to help promote your products?

We currently do not distribute digital assets for promotional use. To ensure brand consistency, all brand visuals and messaging are developed and shared directly by our team.

Are there co-branding or retail partnership opportunities for salons or stylists?

We do not offer co-branding or in-salon retail partnerships at this time. Our focus remains on supporting professionals through education and our affiliate program.

Can I sell your products directly to my clients?

Our products are not available for resale through salons or individual stylists. However, professionals can participate in our affiliate program and earn commission when clients purchase products using their unique affiliate link.

Can clients purchase via my referral link and I receive commission or credit?

You can apply to be a Cécred Pro Affiliate during open enrollment.  If accepted, you will have an affiliate link and code to earn commission.

Can I request bulk or salon backbar pricing for larger orders?
